Before you write

80% of questions are answered in the documentation. Start there — it is thorough, searchable, and saves you waiting for a reply.

Free users

Use the WordPress.org support forum. We monitor it actively and respond to every thread.

Solo — email support (48h)

Email support@ovkit.com with your license key. You will hear back within 48 hours, usually faster. We troubleshoot, we screenshot, we fix — no “have you tried clearing your cache” runaround.

Business — priority email (24h)

Same email, faster queue. Business license holders get responses within 24 hours. If your issue is blocking a client launch, say so — we will prioritise accordingly.

Agency — Slack channel (4h)

After purchase, you will get a Slack Connect invitation. Direct channel with the OvKit team. 4-hour response during business hours (CET).


Bug reports

Found a bug? Email support@ovkit.com with your WordPress version, PHP version, active theme and relevant plugins, what you expected vs. what happened, and a screenshot if possible.
