These terms cover the OvKit plugin (full name: Ovanap Admin Toolkit), Ovanap Admin Toolkit Pro and the ovkit.com website, run by Ovanap (Monine AS, Norway). By downloading, buying or using them you accept these terms.

Licence

Both plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, the same licence as WordPress. You may use them on any number of sites, read and change the code, and share it under the same licence. Full text: gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html.

Pro subscription

• Pro costs USD 3.99 a month or USD 39 a year and renews until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• A subscription gives you updates, the Pro features and email support.
• 14-day refund on every payment, see the refund policy.
• Pro is sold through Freemius, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record: it runs the checkout, takes the payment, charges VAT and sends the invoice.
• When a subscription ends, nothing is deleted: saved tracking code and an enabled recovery link keep working. Running the Security Check and changing Pro settings need an active subscription.

No warranty

The plugins come “as is”, without warranty, as the GPL says. Test changes on a copy of your site first. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by changes you make with the plugins.

Governing law

Norwegian law applies, and disputes go to the Norwegian courts.
