We want you to pay for OvKit because it works for you — not because you forgot to cancel. If OvKit is not right for your site, email support@ovkit.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions, no forms, no hoops.
How it works
- Applies to all paid plans: Solo, Business, and Agency
- 14-day window starts from the date of purchase
- Email support@ovkit.com with your license key or purchase email
- Refunds processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method
- Your Pro features will be deactivated, but the free features continue working
Renewals
All plans renew annually. You will receive a reminder email 14 days before renewal. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. If you miss the reminder and get charged, the same 14-day refund window applies to the renewal charge.
What is not covered
Refunds are not available after the 14-day window. If you have an issue after 14 days, contact support — we will do our best to resolve it.
